Recently Mike showed his viewers his 4600 calorie diet and explained why he eats the foods he eats daily.

In the video explaining his 4600 calorie diet, Mike also brings a valid point about cardio and says you can’t do cardio all year around.

Remember when I talked about the cardio? I got in shape because I didn’t do cardio. Some people took the video and the put it for what they wanted. The point is if you are always doing cardio diminishing returns, we know that we know that those guys are just morons, they don’t fully understand you can’t do cardio all year, you need to build muscle. You need to build muscle, you gotta build muscle, you have to recover, you can not be a workhorse all year. You have to be smart and that’s the reason those guys can’t keep it. That’s why they deteriorate, that’s why they were in shape maby for a moment and then lost it and can never get it back. I am not wanting that for you guys.

  • Meal 4: Eggs and bacon (695 calories) 0 grams of carbs, 66 grams of protein and 46 grams of fat
  • Meal 5: Titan Burrito (660 calories) 53 grams of carbs, 45 grams of protein and 30 grams of fat
  • Juice (220 calories) 53 grams of carbs and 1 gram of protein
  • Oils (520 calories) 56 grams of fat
  • Pre-Workout Shake (545 calories) 72 grams of carbs, 33 grams of protein and 16 grams of fat
