Greg has called him out before on the videos he has put out, and Greg seems to disagree with Athlean-X a lot.
Now Greg is back and roasted Athlean-X for giving out nutrition advice.
Jeff advised on a diet trick, and he promised that everyone who followed it would lose 5 pounds.
The diet trick is time prescriptive eating, eating at certain times throughout the day.

The trick is you have to eat breakfast and eat every 2.5 hours and six meals a day.
Jeff didn’t talk about any specific foods in this advice, which bothered Greg Doucette.
Greg doesn’t like that approach and mentions that you need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight.
Greg believes people may gain more weight than lose weight by following Jeff’s advice.

He doesn’t just say that it’s going to work for you he promises it, that’s right promise it’s kind of like a guarantee. If you make a promise, it’s like hey I am putting my word, my reputation on the line and saying this. I promise you that you are going to lose weight, that it’s gonna work, 5 pounds quick and easy just by doing this one thing. So when I hear that I am thinking, he’s got to be saying that you got to be in a deficit because obviously if you want to lose weight, you need to be in a calorie deficit but that’s not what he suggests so how can he promise you are going to lose weight if you are not going to be in a calorie deficit, so I don’t know why he is saying promise when he can’t make that promise.
