There are a lot of videos of people filming other gym-goers and making fun of them because they don’t know how to lift with proper form and many different reasons.
We have also seen a lot of videos posted from women accusing men of staring at them in the gym, even though the men aren’t staring.
Bodybuilder Joey Swoll wants the gym to be a welcoming environment where everyone feels safe and comfortable. So rather than making fun of someone, you should help him out or mind your own business.

This man is doing nothing wrong, he is minding his own business getting a great workout in, and you decide to post a video on social media to shame him to get some likes and attention. And you claim to be a leader in the fitness community ? really? all you are doing is the exact opposite, you are making people more afraid of going to the gym, there is already so many people out there that are intimidated and scared to step foot in the gym because something like this is going to happen to them and what exactly are you making fun of? The fact that he hit a little flex, you have literally video after video doing the exact same thing and you make fun of his outfit really? a red tank and a sweatband or the fact that he is making a little bit of noise, take a page out of his own book, put your headphones in and turn your music up, mind your own business, be better than that.
