There are a lot of big bodybuilders, powerlifters, and strongmen in the world that dominates their field, but not all can transition into a new sport and be successful.
We’ve seen a few guys transition between sports, notably the former world’s strongest man Mariusz Pudzianowski who won the World Strongest Man competition five times in his career.
Puzianowski is a mass monster who was able to switch sports, and he became a successful MMA fighter and has a record of 16 wins and seven losses.
Puzianowski has proven himself to be a worthy fighter, and now we are seeing more men transitioning from strongmen such as Eddie Hall and Hafthor Bjornsson. They have retired from strongman to compete against each other in boxing.
What’s funnier is when mass monsters try sports, they are not necessarily good at it.

A video compilation shows what happens when bodybuilders, powerlifters, and strongmen mainly used to training with heavy weights try something more athletic.
The outcome isn’t always pretty; however, sometimes the mass monsters are good in sports.
One example is Phil Heath, a basketball player who transitioned into bodybuilding and became one of the all-time greatest.
Rich Piana had an interesting opinion about bodybuilding, and he didn’t feel that it was a sport.

It makes sense that bodybuilding isn’t a sport. It’s more like a beauty pageant for muscular guys, and I am not saying that negatively.
