Our viking brother and friend the Golden One shares some pretty good tips with us in his recent video which he named The Testosterone Lion Training Philosophy. When you are in the gym you should only focus on your workout and nothing else. You should focus on compound movements and not waste time in the gym doing things that will not give you much results. We often times see guys in the gym focusing on the wrong things, like doing bicep curls the entire time they are in the gym. By focusing on compound movements you are definitely going to make gains a lot faster than if you would if you focused on isolation movements.
