Shrugbar Deadlift 220kg 20 reps
Shit on Crossfit but post a Bodybuilder and strongman doing Crossfit LOL.
Constantly varied functional fitness at high intensity (biceps curls aren’t really functional).
A triplet with prescribed reps with time element priority.
