My recommended supplements
Hands down the top-rated testosterone booster supplement for men who want faster muscle growth.
This is my recommended choice for cutting down on body fat quickly and effectively.
Unleash the full testosterone-producing potential in your body. Improve muscle growth and increase fat loss fast.
Try this for rapid size, strength, and muscle-building results.
is this really cheaper than gainer?
I personally think weight gainers are useless but that’s just my opinion. You can put that money to buy more food but sometimes people tends to be lazy so they prefer chugging a shake which is about 1000+ calories.
Having a job and responsibilities and prioritizing your time isn’t lazy.
Prioritizing your time by meal prepping. I have a part time job and go to University. I still hit the gym 6 times a week while meal prepping 2x a week.
no but i think its healthier!
I don’t get it. Whether you drink your calories or eat them, it’s the same dam thing. I take a protein powder that has oats in it. How is that any different, than having eggs and oatmeal? Only difference is, my meal takes 3 minutes. And you don’t to wait an hour for the protein to get in your body.
It’s a huge difference. Missing alot more nutrients that you would be getting from eggs.
