Rich explains that you can never have too big side delts; the more significant the side delts are, the narrower your waist looks.
He trained shoulders hard to grow them and gave the illusion of having a smaller waist.

- Superset Side Lateral raises w/Upright rows 5 sets, High reps 20 to low 8
- Rear Delts on preacher bench 5 sets/ shugs 6 set
