He had a very big youtube channel were he posted footage of his insane workouts, diets and even what steroids he was using.
Rich was always honest with his fans, he admitted that he used steroids and he didn’t sugarcoat things.
There are hundreds of videos of Rich Piana still on his channel, what is interesting is that the channel is still posting videos of unseen Rich Piana footage.
Even though Rich doesn’t remain with us he had so much content that didn’t go up on his youtube channel that every once in a while there comes a new video along.

“Looking at him there is not a single sign of him using steroids, there are a lot of other guys that are half the size of him that I can look at and tell that they are taking steroids. When you use steroids you get veins all over your body, when you study Mike’s physique he doesn’t have that, his physique looks natural.
Does he have crazy acne? I have never seen him with acne
Is he bald? Mike’s almost 50-years old and he isn’t bald, I have seen guys that are 20 or 30 that are bald from steroids.
Have I ever seen him steroid bloated? Which you guys see all the time, guys bloated from the drugs. I have never seen him have a bloated steroid look ever in my life.”
Is he strong? Yes he is, I have trained with him and he is insanely strong, does that mean he takes steroids?
No it doesn’t he has been strong since he was a teenager, he was a powerlifter as a teenager and if you look back at his old photos he pretty much looks the same.
