The Mr. Olympia competition was first held in 1965, and since then, the show has grown to be the most prominent bodybuilding competition globally.
Even though it started as only a men’s bodybuilding show now, there are several different categories.

Big Ramy has been competing at Mr. Olympia for a long time. His first Mr. Olympia was back in 2013.
Even though Big Ramy has been one of the biggest competitors on the Olympia stage for many years, he recently found a way to dry out his physique for a win.
Here’s how Big Ramy has placed at Mr. Olympia since he started participating in that show:
- 2013 – 8th place
- 2014 – 7th place
- 2015 – 5th place
- 2016 – 4th place
- 2017 – 2nd place
- 2018 – 6th place
- 2019 – did not compete
- 2020 – 1st place
- 2021 -1st place
Big Ramy is now a part of a very elite group of bodybuilders who have won the Olympia more than once.
Big Ramy is now 37-years old and has many years left competing if he decides to.
No one can match his incredible mass on stage, and he could very well win the Olympia next year if he continues to progress.
