At 52-years old, Mike is still in great shape and is still shredded, weighing around 250-270 lbs most of the time.

If you can stay injury-free you can be your strongest at a high age, here’s at what age Matt believes men without injuries can become their strongest:
If you can stay away from injuries, you can train smart and you can stay away from physiological burnout, and in all honesty, most importantly stay away from external stressors. I feel your time in which you can be your strongest is probably in the range between 28 to 44 if everything is perfect and that’s a large range.
