Mike O’Hearn did an old-school shoulder workout and used the exercises bodybuilders such as Arnold Schwarzenegger used to do to grow.

In 1983 Mike stepped first on stage; he studied the old school bodybuilders and used the same workouts as them to progress.

Mike did a workout using only the old school exercises that still to this day remain very effective.

  • Seated Shoulder Press 3 sets, 10 reps
  • Upright row 3 sets, 10-12 reps
  • Cheat Side Laterals 4 sets, 10 reps
  • Seated Rear Delts 5 sets, 10 reps
