Mike O’Hearn Chest Workout Routine
In his recent post, Mike shares the chest workout he is using.
- Incline bench 3 x 6
- Decline 3 x 10
- Pull overs 2 x 12
- incline flies 2 x 8
- Flys 2 x 10
Mike has said in a previous video that he doesn’t overdo his workouts, his warmups are short, and he does just enough to progress.
That’s probably the reason why Mike has been able to stay in great shape for decades.
