Mike has also been able to avoid significant injuries by training smartly; he has incredible knowledge of training smartly and effectively.

Mike has an incredible chest; he is strong too; in 1995, he managed to lift 450 lbs in the bench press in a powerlifting competition.

Mike has a background in powerlifting and used to compete back in the ’90s in powerlifting.

It’s incredible to see the strength Mike O’Hearn has, and he is over 50 years old; in one of the exercises, Mike reps out 150 lbs in the dumbbell incline bench press for 15 reps.

In this workout, Mike O’Hearn uses specific forms in some of the exercises; he explains why he uses unconventional form and why it is so effective.

He uses a different form to keep the range of motion in his chest and lower the chances of injuries.
