Mike’O Hearn’s Chest Advice

He emphasizes the importance of doing incline movements instead of regular ones.

“You see many guys with over developed lower chest, but you never see someone with an over developed upper chest”

Mike also explains that if you train upper chest and do incline bench press your regular bench press will go up at the same time.

So I guess what we can learn from this is focus more on incline movements for a better developed chest.

Not everyone believes Mike when he claims being a lifetime natural bodybuilder.

Keep in mind that Mike has been training for decades, he has also a backround in powerlifting and he is incredibly consistent.

Mike has always claimed being a natural bodybuilder, but many people don’t believe him.

Could it be that Mike has great genetics and just works harder than most people?

It’s an interesting question.
