“When you start to get lower in body fat you get less in energy, cause your body is not working off that fat as much. Cause you are losing it which is great.
There comes a point when you are dieting when you have dieted too long, if you guys didn’t know this you normally get ready for a bodybuilding show in 8-12 weeks, that’s it. It’s not 16 weeks it’s not 20 weeks it’s not 6 months.
The reason why is because when you are in a deficit for a long time, you slow down your metabolism. If you have been dieting for 6 months or more your workouts suffer, your sleep suffers and now you are just being an idiot.
Don’t feel bad because I’ve done it too.
