We thought we had seen it ill when it comes to gyms, but apparently, we have not.
Rob Lewy, a strong lifter, was training quietly in the gym, squatting without making any noise or disturbance.
What then happened next will shock you.
Rob Lewy’s video shows him getting kicked out of the gym for being too strong; the gym owner comes up to him and tells him to leave.
The reason?
BULKING or CUTTING? We teamed up with the number one bodybuilding supplement brand on the market to help you take your results to the next level. A free custom supplement plan designed to enhance your results.
Because this is not a powerlifting gym.
The strange part is that Rob Lewy handled the weight well, wasn’t ego lifting, wasn’t screaming, he was not doing anything that could cause a disturbance to other gym members.
Rob Lewy’s Footage when kicked out of the gym
Rob Lewy, a strong lifter, was shocked to find out that he could not lift heavy weights at a gym he attended.
In fact, a manager comes up to him after what we can assume is his warmup set lifting 515 lbs in the squat.
Here’s what Rob had to say:
Got kicked out the gym
–
-its hard to hear him so he basically said, im sorry this not a powerlifting gym, i feel bad, should of had them tell you in the beginning, i can refund your money back.
Rob then got a call from the other owner of the gym that explained the situation

The other brother owner called me last night apologizing for bad customer service, saying this should’ve never happened, i can come back or he will do anything to make situation better, basically pleading for me to not take it further. Basically said his brother is a good guy just can be a head case at times and yesterday he had billing issues with customers and was frustrated, so that could be a reason why he took it out on me unfortunately. On the waiver it doesn’t have a weight limit for any equipment so i should’ve never been kicked out
The Reason Strong Lifters Get Kicked Out of Some Gyms
We have seen this happen because strong lifters might intimidate other people in the gym, which is just ridiculous.
When a strong lifter enters the gym, many young people look up to them, and it should be an inspiration to others trying to achieve the same.
However, the mediocre mindset in some gyms is getting out of hand.
It is discrimination against strong lifters who dedicate themselves to be better.
This gym owner ruined his workout; he was just getting started on his training, and the gym owner kicked him out for no legit reason whatsoever.
I would have understood it better if the lifter had been screaming, slamming the weights, and disturbing other gym members.
But that wasn’t the case; he was quiet and lifted the weight with good form.
The only reason he got kicked out was that he was too strong.
