Take The Quiz

Even though Lee is not a competitive bodybuilder anymore, he still trains hard and keeps himself in decent shape.

Lee also shares his thoughts and answers questions on anything bodybuilding-related on YouTube.

What has been an increasingly popular topic in bodybuilding is overtraining.

Overtraining means training too much, which will hurt your results.

Not everyone agrees with overtraining, especially when the old-school bodybuilders trained for hours without ever experiencing overtraining.

Lee doesn’t believe many people are overtraining, and here are some of the things he had to say about overtraining in bodybuilding.

Everyone wants to get bigger quick, so all they want to do is take drugs and train less. That’s not going to work that way, you can’t try to reinvent something that has been proven to be good. Like they get lazier and lazier but they want to be bigger and stronger and today we’ll maby take more drugs and train less that’s never going to happen. With other two-three hours of cardio per day, eat clean I’ve got friends that say that’s too much cardio, if you do this you will burn muscle, I’ve never lost muscle. I say what do you do? they say I don’t do any cardio I just take more T3 and Growth Hormone to burn the body fat. You know it may help to a degree but nothing going to beat hard work doing cardio like I said nobody wants to do the hard work anymore, there’s always a drug they cant take, it’s never going to happen and it shows too with people.
