Bodybuilder Lee Priest was one of the top bodybuilders in his prime; he made several Mr. Olympia appearances and got 6th place at that show three times in his career.

Even though Lee is retired from competitive bodybuilding, he still trains hard and looks big.

It turns out it’s easier than you think, as Lee explains many different exercises you can do with minimal equipment or no equipment at all.

Lee says you can do almost anything with a barbell and a bench at home; you can also do a lot without any equipment at all,

No, we’re being spoiled with the gym; I get it all the time: Oh, I can’t do anything, I am like, what do you mean? If you have a bench and a bar, you can do barbell curls; you can do reverse wrist curls, you can do close grip bench, you can do skull crushers, you can put it on your back and do lunges, squats if you want to, if you have a bench you can do all the movements off the bench, so a bar and a bench pretty much cover your whole body. People have to use their minds and think about shit.

Lee also explains that you can do a pretty good workout and even get in better shape even without weights.

Even if you have no weights, you can do bodyweight dips, you can do bodyweight lunges, even though you got to do more reps and shit, you can just do pushups, tricep dips, you can find anything to do chin-ups outside or in a local park, when you look at people in jail with no weights they still have good physiques, it’s all about just putting the muscle time under tension using your body as the weight if you do just chin up after chin up at the end of a three-month lockdown if you are doing 100 of chin-up per day you are going to get a good back. There is so much you can do just with your body; there is no excuse for these people to bitch and complain, I can’t get to the gym. I’ve seen a lot of them now coming back from the gym, and they are out of shape; they did fu*k all and just drank
