Lee Priest is a former competitive bodybuilder that competed at the highest level in bodybuilding.

When asked about sticking to a diet, Lee Priest has a great response.

Lee Priest believes that convenient meals are the way to go; if you have to prepare a whole meal every time you eat, it’s hard to stick to the diet.

There are so many healthy frozen meals you can get now already made, buy a whole heap of meats and cook it up with some sauce, pasta or rice and put in Tupperware containers and keep it in your fridge that will last you probably four days so that’s easy to heat up. If things are convenient that you can heat up you won’t go off your diet, it’s when you come home and go oh f*** I got to prepare a whole meal. If you can keep things like done like have rice already cooked up for a couple of days in the fridge, and have things like mince is always easy to cook even if worse comes to worst “f’in” scrambled eggs.

Lee Priest also believes that the diet shouldn’t be too strict and you should be able to have some variety when eating.

I don’t even like to call it a diet, it’s just sensible eating. Anything in moderation if you do get a little craving you and you want a bit of chocolate have it, you’re not having it every day just have a little bit of it, but people go to that far extreme where it’s just like the food is so bland and shit, they’re like oh I hate this, they last a couple of weeks and then f this and off to McDonald’s they go and they put on more weight than they started.
