Australian Bodybuilder Lee Priest is considered one of the top bodybuilders in history.
Priest, who has the nickname “Giant Killer,” has competed at the highest level in bodybuilding. Back in the day, he competed regularly in the most prestigious bodybuilding contest, Mr. Olympia.
Even though Lee Priest wasn’t the tallest bodybuilder, he was known as “The Giant Killer” because he could beat much taller guys with his fantastic physique.
In 1997 Lee Priest won the all-time great bodybuilder Ronnie Coleman five times in one year, including the Mr. Olympia competition.
Lee Priest never managed to win the Mr. Olympia competition, but he was twice in the top 6 placings.

Lee has competed well over 50-times in bodybuilding, but he hasn’t competed recently; now, he plans to make a comeback possibly.
Now Lee Priest is almost 50-years old, and he has started to train and diet properly again to transform his physique and may compete in bodybuilding.
Lee Priest admitted that his diet hasn’t been great recently, but now he has changed his diet and discusses what he eats and takes to transform his physique.
Here’s what Lee Priest had to say about his diet and cycle:
- Meal 1: 5 eggs, 80 grams of oats, banana, or apple.
- Meal 2: 200 grams of chicken cooked, 200 grams of potato.
- Meal 3: 200 grams of steak, a cup of cooked rice, vegetables
- Meal 4: 50 grams of whey
- Meal 5: 250 grams of chicken, 200 grams of potato
- 300 mg’s of test a week, that’s it.
That’s the thing because people believe there is some secret in how you cook your food and put on it. It’s not going to be more basic, you know “what’s the macros” I don’t know this, 200 grams of chicken, eat it, don’t overthink it. I’m glad I didn’t have macros back in the day I’ll get anxiety coming on now if I had have it back then it would have drove me nuts.
Lee Priest’s diet and the cycle are basic; as Lee says, it isn’t a secret he uses basic principles to get in shape.
