Powerlifter Larry Wheels is one of the strongest guys in powerlifting; the massive American powerlifter has put out some impressive numbers in recent years and has gained fame for his incredible strength.
Larry Wheels has competed in powerlifting competitions and posted incredible lifts from the gym on social media.
Larry has previously been able to bench press 645 lbs, 950 lbs in the squat, and now recently 925 lbs in the deadlift.
Larry Wheels posted this saying :
Preparing for a deadlift PR in august. Can you guess what it’ll be?
Larry Wheels isn’t crazy far from the current deadlift world record held by Hafthor Bjornsson when he deadlifted 1104 pounds two years ago.

Since Larry isn’t that far off from the deadlift world record, we can’t do anything other than speculate that he is going for the world record, as he posted footage of himself deadlifting 925 lbs quite easily and is preparing for a new max in August.
We also know that Larry and Hafthor are good friends, so Hafthor may be able to give Larry some tips on how to deadlift more than half a ton.
However, we don’t know what number Larry is aiming for, but he could attempt a new deadlift record, and it is pretty likely.
