Kyriakos Grizzly, the weightlifter from Greece, has become a superstar in the fitness scene.

The 48-year-old beast who weighs around 440 lbs has become famous for his massive strength and regularly posts videos of his incredibly heavy lifts on social media.

Now Kyriakos Grizzly is close to 200 k subscribers on his growing YouTube channel and shows no signs of slowing down.

Kyriakos Grizzly trains three times per week in workout sessions that last for hours, where he focuses his efforts on lifts such as squats, Zercher shrugs, bicep curl, pulling the rope, good mornings, and more practical exercises.

As a young man, Kyriakos Grizzly was a part of the national weightlifting team, but he has had to adjust his training due to injuries.

Having faced multiple injuries in his career, Kyriakos still trains hard at 48; he started when he was only 12.

I started to train when I was 12, weights and kickboxing and later I joined the weightlifting team for many years which I was a member of the national team as week and I had in training 180kg in snatch and 220kg to clean and jerk. Later having all those injuries I stopped weightlifting and I tried to adjust to new realities following my own way of training that I could keep lifting for many years till today after 36 years.

When he was only 23 years old, he already showed much promise.

squat 370kg deadlift 330kg bench press 250kg front squat 300kg snatch 180kg clean and jerk 220kg in the age of 23.

At 48 years old, Kyriakos follows his way of training and shows his fans he can be successful despite having suffered many injuries, such as tearing both of his biceps.

Kyriakos Grizzly is also one of the strongest curlers in the world and has posted videos of himself repping 140 kgs with ease.

Kyriakos recently posted footage from his insanely heavy squat, where he repped out 705 lbs (320 kg) for five clean reps.
