Kyriakos Grizzly from Greece is a weightlifter that has taken the internet by storm for the last couple of years.

Kyriakos is known for his massive lifts and the vast body he has spent years developing.

The 48-year old weightlifter has become a viral sensation on the internet and has now amassed around 160 k subscribers on his youtube channel.

Kyriakos uses unconventional exercises to get stronger; he also uses a lot of weight and is arguably one of the strongest men in the world.

When Kyriakos was younger, he was in a weightlifting team; however, due to injuries, he has had to adjust his training style and use more unconventional exercises to build up his strength.

Kyriakos Grizzly has weighed himself at 212 kg (467 lbs), making him one of the heaviest lifters in the world.

You may think that Kyriakos only trains with weights; that is not the case as he also frequently shares clips from his intense boxing training.

The 467-lbs lifter is also quite flexible.

Kyriakos Grizzly has revealed in an exclusive interview with us that he trains around three times per week and for hours at the time.

The reason being is that he needs time to recover from his intense workouts.

As a weightlifter, Kyriakos Grizzly has pulled some incredible numbers.

Here are his best lifts when he was 23-years old before he injured himself:

  • squat 370kg
  • deadlift 330kg
  • bench press 250kg
  • front squat 300kg
  • snatch 180kg
  • clean and jerk 220kg

These are elite numbers, especially for a 23-year old, Kyriakos, who is now 48-years old hasn’t stopped training and uses different exercises now to work around the severe injuries that have plagued him during his weightlifting career.
