Grizzly was a weightlifter when he was younger, but after suffering injuries, he says that he had to adjust to new realities and change how he worked out.
Kyriakos Grizzly is still going strong at 48-years old and keeps pushing his body to the absolute limit.
Grizzly works out no more than three times per week in workout sessions that last for hours; he takes the days off to recover from his intense workouts.

Kyriakos Grizzly has weighed himself, showing 212 kg (467 lbs) on the weight scale; however, his weight fluctuates, and he isn’t that heavy all the time.
