Kali Muscle recently had a heart attack; thankfully, his wife took him to the hospital in time, where he had to have immediate surgery because one of the arteries in his heart was 100% blocked.
Kali Muscle made a video after his heart attack where he discussed the things that might have caused the heart attack.
Kali explains that the things that might have caused the heart attack were his bad diet while in prison, edema, which he has had since he started lifting, and steroids he was using.
In the past, Kali Muscle has claimed to be an all-natural bodybuilder and has always claimed he built up his massive physique without the help of steroids.
However, that was not true as Kali has, in his recent video, admitted to using low doses of steroids to enhance his physique.
