Kai Greene is one of the best bodybuilders in the sport’s history; even though he has never won the prestigious Mr. Olympia show, he managed to place 2nd three times behind bodybuilding superstar Phil Heath.

When Kai was a young man, he went from foster home to foster home and was a troubled teenager until he found his passion in life: bodybuilding.

Kai sacrificed everything to become the greatest bodybuilder at a young age, and he got inspiration from watching the bodybuilding documentary Pumping Iron, where Arnold Schwarzenegger was the main star.

Kai quickly rose the ranks and has won Arnold Classic three times in his competitive year, the last he won in 2016.

It has been some time since Kai competed in bodybuilding, but he is still actively training and keeping himself in fantastic shape.

Kai Greene last competed in 2016, and even though fans hope he will come back to the stage, it seems like Kai is retired for good from competitive bodybuilding.

At 46 years, old Kai is not too old to come back, but he certainly doesn’t have a lot of time left in his prime if he wants to make an impactful comeback.

Kai Greene takes an amateur bodybuilder through his chest workout routine, where he shows him exactly what to do to train chest for mass.

Kai has tremendous training knowledge and utilizes this knowledge to become one of the best bodybuilders in the world.

Kai always starts his workouts the same way, with a 12-minute warmup on the Stairmaster; he uses this time to get his mind clear, focus on what he is doing, and get the heart rate up.
