What is The most Dangerous part About Bodybuilding?
Jay Cutler gets asked what he believes is the most dangerous part about bodybuilding:
I think the training and nutrition the time you can actually be on top and be healthy, and I say that not to sit here and point at my self saying I am a model of what perfect limitations are. I was a volume trainer I never trained crazy heavy, I ate very well, I worked with a nutritionist since at 18-years old and I never was a big protein eater, more of a carbohydrate eater and I think that has a lot of do with why I can train now with zero joint pain, my body feels great, I’m still eating on a very clean diet and I think now I’m just looking at now just for how long can I live. Where’s you told me at 25 you can win Mr. Olympia you are going to limit yourself to live to 40, I probably would have made the decision to win the Olympia, but that mentality changes as you get older and you wanna live longer.
