Dragons Lair, the gym in Las Vegas, is now the place Illia Golem trains; the gym is owned by bodybuilding legend Flex Lewis who has won the 212 lbs of Mr. Olympia seven times in his career.

The diet of Illia Golem is crazy as he has made a video explaining his insane 16500 calorie diet, a diet that consists primarily of rice, pasta, and meats.

Every day he eats around 1 kg (2.2 lbs) of rice per day.

Illia Golem has admitted in a video that he is not a natural bodybuilder and uses steroids to enhance his physique.

However, that’s not the only reason he is so big; he is a dedicated bodybuilder that eats crazy amounts of food, trains hard, and does everything he can to get better.
