When he decided to become a boxer, his diet changed entirely, and he also trained differently.
In those two years, Hafthor lost around 100-lbs and now looks like a bodybuilder; he still has excellent muscles but has shed off a lot of fat.
Hafthor recently revealed the daily diet he eats now every day.
It has changed a lot since his strongman day, here is the diet Thor has used to lose 100 lbs in two years and become a boxer:
Hafthor Björnsson Daily Diet:
- Meal 1: 8 ounces of beef tenderloin, 2 whole eggs, 110 grams of oatmeal, 150 grams of berries, 1 glass of orange juice
- Meal 2: 8 ounces of beef tenderloin, 100 grams of zuchini, spinach or any type of greens and 140 grams of rice
- Meal 3: 8 ounces of cod, 300 grams of potatoes, 100 grams of greens
- Meal 4: 8 ounces of salmon, 140 grams of rice, 100 grams of greens
- Meal 5: Thors Skyr, 100 grams of berries, 100 grams of nut butter
- Cheat Meal: on a cheat day he eat anything he desires
