This one I see all the time. Guys with big ego’s not willing to put in 5 mins on the crosstrainer and then picking up the lightest dumbbells to do a few warm-up sets.

2. STARTING WITH THE HEAVY PRESSES
I can’t stress this enough. F*ckin do you warm up properly and slowly increase the weights as the workout continues.
3. NOT STRETCHING
Yes, you’re a strong man that can take a pounding, but your muscles don’t. They need to recover properly to avoid injury. Learn to do some stretches for your deltoids.
