IFBB Pro bodybuilder and YouTube superstar Greg Doucette has made a name for himself in the fitness scene with his popular YouTube channel.

Greg is not afraid to speak his mind in his videos and isn’t afraid of criticizing others in the fitness scene.

His approach has made him very famous as he doesn’t sugarcoat things, he just says what is on his mind whether it’s negative or not.

Greg has already criticized some of the biggest names in fitness including Athlean-X which he regularly roasts on his channel and has accused them of spreading misinformation.

Greg has also accused many famous fitness guys in the industry of lying about being natural, including Mike O’Hearn, Simeon Panda, Jeff Seid, and many more.

With Greg’s entertaining videos, he has amassed 1,7 million subscribers on his growing YouTube channel which keeps getting more popular by the day.

Greg used to compete in bodybuilding, the 47-year-old bodybuilder is also honest to his viewers and open and honest about his TRT use.

Greg Doucette made a video on the famous Influencer and boxer KSI, KSI has amassed millions of followers and has one of the biggest YouTube channels in the world with over 16 million subscribers.

KSI recently posted a video of himself lifting heavy weights in the gym showing off his strength.

In the footage, KSI lifts 160 kg (353 lbs) front squats and a 130 kg (286.6 lbs) bench press.

Greg Doucette made a video about it and responded to KSI calling him an ego lifter and saying that he is risking injury by lifting the way he does.

Greg was also not impressed with the depth in the squat and that in the 130 kg bench press, a spotter touched the bar the whole time.

Here are some of the things Greg Doucette said when watching KSI lifting:

On that day not a single rep on the bench press was done, first things first, when somebody is holding the bar from start to finish you did not lift the weight, you together lifted the weight it was a team event. So you just set a tandem one rep max on the bench yay. How much could you have lifted without your spotter helping you the entire time, we don’t know so what is the point of setting a PR if the person’s hands are on the bar, the last thing I want when going for a 1 rep max is somebody touching the bar. I don’t even want them hovering near the bar and so do not interrupt a one-rep max by touching the bar, especially on the way down. You are there for an emergency if the guy can’t get it up, the bar starts to go down lift it up.
