In a recent V-Shred ad, he talked about foods that raise estrogen and prevent you from achieving an optimal physique and high testosterone levels.
Greg Doucette watched this video from V-Shred and said that he is simply lying in his videos.
As Greg Doucette explains, those with high testosterone levels almost always have high estrogen levels, and estrogen levels are essential to building muscle properly.

Just because you have higher estrogen levels it doesn’t mean you have lower testosterone levels in fact and normally it means the exact opposite, as you have higher testosterone levels you, you normally have higher estrogen levels. So he says if you are eating foods that raise your estrogen, you’re never going to have high testosterone levels. Does anyone think that’s remotely true? by eating foods that raise your estrogen your testosterone levels will never ever be high?
Greg Doucette calls out V-Shred for lying about this and says he posts these kinds of videos because many people believe it and sell his products online.
So it’s perfectly fine that V-Shred is trying to make money, he is putting up ads to buy his stuff to have quizzes, and so on. But when you lie in a video that’s where I come in and call out the bs and so in saying: “if you eat foods that raise your estrogen levels you are never going to have high testosterone levels” that is an utter lie, it’s not just telling you what you want to hear it’s in fact telling you a full-faced lie, a lie, if you eat foods that raise your estrogen levels it does not mean you can never have high testosterone levels.
