The Rock Claims Eating 6-8000 calories per day
Now Greg is back and he is calling The Rock a liar once again after he watched the video where The Rock goes over his insane 8000 calorie diet.
If he actually ate 6-8000 calories he would be a 100 lbs overweight so there is no way he eats this much.
The diet the Rock describes eating consists mostly of chicken, fish, rice, greens, and sweet potato.
When Greg was counting up the calories he estimated that The Rock ate about 3000 calories in a day and is lying about eating 8000 calories.

6-8000 calories so where did the 5000 calories come from that he didn’t describe in this video? He described about 3000 calories maybe, but where do we get the 6-8000 total calories, “I just continue to eat” he never ever described half of what he is eating, and this is supposed to be a video telling us exactly what he ate to get in shape, stay in shape but yet he doesn’t give us any of that, he gives us a couple of made-up meals, sounds cool and because he is The Rock we just listen to him and love him
It definitely makes sense what Greg is saying since the foods The Rock claims eating on a day-to-day basis don’t contain too many calories, and you’d have to eat a truckload of chicken and fish to get up to 8000 calories per day.
Greg speculates that The Rock is giving us the calorie intake on his legendary cheat days, where the Rock posts photos once a week from his weekly cheat days.
Greg believes that on his cheat days it’s possible for The Rock to be eating 6-8000 calories but he doesn’t believe he does it every day as he claims in the video.
