Chestbrah shared the intense back workout to build up his aesthetically pleasing physique.
He uses this workout to build his width in the back and get those lovely details.
Chestbrah Back and Biceps Workout Routine:
- Lat Pulldowns 4 Sets – Pyramid in weight ( start light weight then go heavier each progressive set, then slowly work your way back to lighter weight) Rep Range 10-15
- Arm Pulldowns 4 Sets straight Arm Pulldowns Supersetted with kneeling one arm lat pulls on cables, Rep Range 10-15
- Machine Pullover 4 sets – squeeze and hold contraction at the end of every rep Rep range 10-15
- Pullups 3 sets – use a hanging grip – let your body hang after every rep for 1 second then hold and squeeze ur lats at the top of each rep as well. Perform this Slow and controlled. Rep range 6-10 reps
- Rack Pulls 5 sets – increment in weight per set but maintain 10 reps per set.
- Alternating dumbbell curls 4 sets
