36-year old Brad Castleberry has been in the spotlight in the fitness scene for the past few years for lifting ridiculously heavy weights.
He has posted these videos on his social media pages and there has been a lot of controversy if in fact he is lifting real or fake weights in his videos.

In fact if Brad Castleberry would perform the lifts he does in his videos in real powerlifting competitions he would be a world champion in his weight class.
Brad has curled 405 lbs for reps in his videos and he has also bench pressed 675 lbs for 2 reps.
However, Brad has never competed in a powerlifting competition and he refuses to do so.

Brad Castleberry Comment on Fake Weights
I don’t care at all it’s a compliment, it’s showing me that I am next level and I was actually laughing about it last night, I was stretching and I was on my live feed and everyone was writing “fake” I was actually talking to my friend and I was saying isn’t that bad a** dude that fake lifts is Brad Castleberry .
Like they have actually signaturized me, they have actually made me one of a kind.

They did that for me, thank you. Everyone knows me, but when they come see me, I am a good man, I care about people, I love everyone around me and want them to do better so it makes me feel good.
It makes me feel like damn I must be doing something right if they are talking about me.
I have a good physique, I know who I am, I know what I stand on and that’s all that matters.
How are they going to say I lift fake weights when I look like this? How are you going to say I didn’t put the hard work in, are you trying to discredit my hard work?
