Are Bodybuilding.com in trouble???
Bodybuilding.com, one of the best well known and biggest websites in the entire industry! However according to KBTV, announced on 1st December 2016, Bodybuidling.com are laying off 15% of their total number of employees and their is speculation that there could be more lay-offs to come!
Bodybuilding.com’s official statement:
“Today Bodybuilding.com announced an organizational downsizing,” the statement read. “The change is part of an ongoing planned restructure designed to strengthen Bodybuiling.com’s core business and reach a wider set of customers.”
The View from a former employee:
“Some people were crying, and some people that didn’t get laid off were crying because they will miss other people, but I’m not angry at all,” he said. “It’s just one of those things that happens in the business world.” – Mike Coughley (worked in the legal compliance department)
