The bodybuilder wrested with trained Jiu Jitsu specialists, and that experience must have humbled him a lot.
In the clip, the bodybuilder takes on the teacher who has a black belt in jiu-jitsu and gets humiliated; then he proceeds to fight the woman who has a purple belt in Jiu Jitsu.

Quickly into the fight, the bodybuilder was taken down and choked to the point he almost fell asleep.
After that, he walked away in shame as he was humiliated by trained Jiu-Jitsu fighters.
This shows that huge muscles will not help you fight someone who has trained in martial arts for years, and think twice before you provoke a trained fighter.
I guess the bodybuilder learned the lesson the hard way as he got destroyed and was choked to the point he was falling asleep.
