In an interview from 1975 Arnold Schwarzenegger answered questions about bodybuilding and why he believe it was such an awesome activity.
Arnold : Why bodybuilding isn’t bad
In the interview Arnold made some interesting comments on bodybuilding and why he believed it was such a good practice.
“In some countries people think that if you are a bodybuilder that you are narcissistic, because you look in the mirror, and they don’t understand that the only way you see progress of your physique is by checking in a mirror, or stepping on a scale, and taking a tape measure and measuring your muscles.
There are a lot of preconceptions, some people even think if you are involved in your body that you are homosexual”
