Arnold believes something must be done to change the road bodybuilding is on

Then he compares bodybuilding to skiing

he said.

This isn’t the first time Arnold has spoken up against modern day bodybuilding.
He’s still a big fan of weight lifting and bodybuilding
“A great thing about bodybuilding and weight training is that you can really tailor it to sculpt your body no matter what the need is,”
There you have it, folks.
If you want to take Arnold’s advice you should focus on health first.
