Tips for bigger arms
The journey to get jacked arms can be hard. I have spent many years building my arms up with different exercises and training schedules. Here are a few tips for bigger arms that are definitely going to help you build up your arms.
1. Lower the weights and focus on full range of motion

Stretch your muscles and squeeze them . Many guys that are training are focusing more on heavier weights and doing the exercises incorrectly with bad form. I found out that doing that did not give me the results that i was hoping for.
2.Train to failure
In my experience the arms grow the most when training to failure. Here is a video of a simple workout that will definetely make your triceps grow bigger.
Supersets and dropsets is something i use alot in my arm training. I like to finish my workout with dropsets and i get crazy pumps doing that.
It’s not a bad idea to superset biceps and triceps together.
3. Train frequently
Train your arms 3 times per week and focus on contracting the muscles.
Once per week is just not enough in my opinion. After i started training my arms more often they started to grow crazy. At first i thougt i was overtraining but the results that i got proved me otherwise.
