Actor Zac Efron is one of the most beloved actors in Hollywood; Zac gained attention in the fitness world after his role in Baywatch.
For the movie Baywatch, Zac built an impressive, ripped, muscular physique.
However, in an interview recently, Zac described all the hard work and suffering he had to endure to prepare for the role and get that good of a physique.
Zac also said he would not do this again because of all the suffering associated with getting that physique.
Zac even admitted to PED use for the role in Baywatch, and he got mentally depressed after that journey.

Zac said this in an interview:
I started to develop insomnia and fell into a pretty bad depression for a long time. Something about that experience burned me out. I had a really hard time recentering.
However, Zac Efron is acting in the upcoming movie Iron Claw where Zac Efron acts as an old-school muscular wrestler.
Zac has gained a significant amount of muscle and was photographed looking very big and muscular on set.
It seems like Zac did not only gain muscle, as his gut looks incredibly big compared to what we have seen in the past.
It seems like Zac Efron has a bubble gut from the photos; even though he has visible abs, he looks like a bubble gut.

Greg Doucette made a video about this and said that Zac Efron lied to us:
The guy looks shredded, single digit body fat, exactly what he spoke out against. Oh I don’t wanna diet it makes me feel like garbage, I hate it, never going to do that again. Next film, look what we are looking at. So imagine the director thinking we need a guy that can play a jacked shredded wrestler from the past, who are we going to pick? I know lets go to Zac Efron, you know that guy that started Baywatch and says he’ll never do this again. Well actions they speak louder than words and what you are doing is quite literally the opposite if what you were saying.
Greg also believes Zac Efron uses steroids to achieve his muscular look:
Does anyone think he is only taking Lasix?, Does this look like the physique of a guy who is only taking Lasix, a diuretic? And frankly he looks bigger and almost as shredded as he was in Baywatch, the guys is 35, he is getting older yet he is putting on a substantial amount of muscle, I mean what is it is he being trained by Mike O’Hearn, after all if you are trained by Mike O’Hearn you are a 100% natural and you get bigger forever right?
