A gym is a place where people go to get better; we go there because we want to get stronger, build muscle, improve our endurance mobility, or improve in sports.
People in the gym have different goals, and therefore not everyone is following the same program.
You rarely see two people doing the same workout in the gym unless they are training together.
The gym should be a place of positivity and encouragement and not a place to make fun of someone.
A woman posted a clip of a guy doing a strange exercise we rarely see anyone do on social media.

What he is working is biceps, he is doing what is called a drag curl now granted most people do them with a barbell he is doing them with dumbbells so it may look a little strange, a little awkward but it is a great movement. The point of it is as you kick your elbows back and drag it up along your body you are taking the stress off the delt to putting it on the bicep. It’s actually a great workout Charles Glass who is one of the best there is, is a big promoter of this exercise but what’s most important, what he is doing and working most of all, is minding his own business. The fact that other people in the gym take videos of other people and try to make fun of them blows my mind, be better than that.
I respect everybody in the gym no matter their fitness level. I don’t care if you are there 20 minutes or 2 hours.
When i go to the gym, im completely focus on me and my goals. Im in my own little bubble and nothing outside it matters unless someone asks me for help or asks if ive finished with the weight etc. Why these ppl have to bully or shame others is beyond my understanding but its got to be an issue with their personality and its about time we all call it out weather its the gym, outside or in work. Its ppl like that who enjoy making others misserable to entertain themselves. They could be better but they only have one focus, selfish lust for entertaining themselves
It’s amazing the number of fitness fanatics who’ll tell me: “Don’t feel self-conscious or nervous going to the gym. People aren’t judging you. They’re all focused on their own workout. No one is gonna bully you, make fun of you, or tease you!”. Then, you see this lady’s video and all you can think of is, “Well, clearly not everyone got that memo….” *sigh*
