Our friend and Viking Brother “The Golden One” recently made an interesting video were he talks about bro splits. Bro spilts are workout routines were you train each body part once per week, leg day, chestday etc.

You could get much better results by training each body part at least 2x per week and in this video The Golden One explains why it is better.

  1. A 4 min video with the message “exercise increases protein synthesis in the muscle for 48 to 72 hours” so train at least each muscle group twice a week. Seriously this is low quality content, this guy doesn’t offer any source even for his quote (which is well know and can find easily online) and the only argumentation he uses is his size…
