A pre-workout which claims it will make you “unleash hell” in the gym—this Warrior RAGE review puts it to the test.
To be honest, we need a demon-like mindset if we really want to make serious gains. Without that determination, we’re never going to push out those final essential reps.
Yet, despite our best intentions, our mind and body don’t always want to work with us.
You know exactly what I’m talking about bro’.
The best pre-workouts on the market can take training into a whole new sphere. They can deliver increased reps, provide boundless energy, and promote limitless stamina. But, is Warrior RAGE one of those?
The alarming truth in this Warrior Rage review will not please everyone. But, if you want to know how it works and its darkest secrets—let’s begin the exposé.
Warrior RAGE Review
Warrior RAGE is a pre-workout. Supplied in powder form, it’s designed to be taken 20 minutes before your training sessions to enhance your physical performance.
The supplement claims that it:
- Is one of the most effective, powerful, and results-driven pre-workouts currently available.
- Will provide “killer” results.
- Dramatically enhances focus, drive, and energy.
- Elevates performance and delivers eye-watering pumps.
- Tastes great.
- Helps to promote fast recovery times and alleviates post-training soreness.
Later in this Warrior RAGE review, we shall see if it can meet these impressive goals. But first, you’re probably wondering—who are these guys anyway?
To be honest, I’m pondering the same thing.
It appears that they have no website. Fair play, there’s a web-address (on their Warrior RAGE Facebook and Twitter accounts) but it’s still under construction. Considering this company claims to be formed back in 2010, they seem to be taking their time.
Why is PreFierce by TruFierce considered the #1 pre-workout right now? For starters there are zero proprietary blends, so you know exactly what you're putting in your body. Second, the formula is based on science. Every single ingredient is exhaustively research-backed, and dosed properly. Third, according to thousands of customers their signature gummy bear flavor is amazing. Benefits include:
- Insane muscle pumps
- Increased power and strength
- Supercharged energy without the crash
- Faster recovery time
- Boosts fat loss
- Laser focus
It’s apparent that they’re a UK-based outfit, who direct all their customers wanting to purchase their supplements to a third-party retailer.
The ethos behind the Warrior brand is to “make the strong, stronger—and the best, better”. Yawn.
Apart from that, there’s little more information on these guys. I’m sure it’s all completely innocent, but it does begin to plant seeds of doubt.
How Does Warrior RAGE Work?
Warrior RAGE themselves don’t explain how their product functions (perhaps they assume all their users are biologists and chemistry freaks).
Hence, for the purpose of this Warrior RAGE review, I’ve examined the ingredients and deduced that these are the main physiological processes that the supplement is trying to encourage:
Promoting the mTOR Pathway
To be fair, this is the only indication on their social media pages of how Warrior RAGE functions.
Basically, ingredients in the supplement may contribute towards the activation of mTOR (mammalian target of rapamycin). In simple terms, putting the body into an anabolic state and promoting muscle protein synthesis.1
Increasing Blood Flow
Some of the compounds in this supplement may widen the blood vessels, increasing the delivery of nutrients and oxygen to the body’s tissues and muscles.
In doing so, this may boost pumps, elevate stamina, and promote faster muscle growth.
Elevating ATP Levels
Warrior RAGE might increase the amount of ATP (adenosine triphosphate) in muscles.
In order for muscles to contract, they require ATP. The issue is, with each rep, ATP stores are depleted. When they’re exhausted, the muscles cannot work any further and signals the end of your set. That’s whether you’ve reached your rep count or not.2
Boosting ATP levels means that you can work longer and harder, increasing endurance and stamina.
Heightening Energy and Focus
By including stimulants, Warrior RAGE may elevate energy and determination pushing each element of your training to the max.
In intense exercise, oxygen reserves can become depleted which lowers the pH of the muscles and induces acidosis.
This results in muscle pain, soreness, and even failure. Some compounds in this supplement could prevent this onset and allow you to work longer.3
Warrior RAGE Ingredients
Above are the Warrior RAGE pre workout nutrition facts taken from the supplement label. But, if you’re not familiar with what these compounds can do, let me use this part of this Warrior RAGE review to explain.
An ingredient which research has illustrated can elevate levels of the muscle-powering ATP.4
In doing so, endurance is raised meaning you push your body harder yielding faster and more impressive results.
This amino acid helps to prevent muscle acidosis by inhibiting lactic acid production.5
Many pre-workouts include this ingredient (basically, baking soda) as it’s an alkaline substance—theoretically able to offset acidosis.
While there’s some evidence suggesting this is the case, there’s much more opposing research indicating that it has no effect on physical performance.6
BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids) are powerful ingredients. They have the ability to stimulate the mTOR pathway for muscle protein synthesis, increase endurance, and improve recovery.7
However, as explained in the next section of this Warrior Rage review, their inclusion in a pre-workout is questionable.
Arginine and Citrulline
Two compounds which, through promoting the production of nitric oxide, open up the blood vessels—boosting pumps and elevating endurance.8 9
A stimulant which can increase vitality, energy, and focus. Although it can come with unwanted side effects—detailed later in this Warrior RAGE review.10
Research has shown that taurine may offset the unwelcome side effects that caffeine induces in some users.11
An important nutrient which can boost red blood cell production—important for oxygenation and muscle building.12
Warrior Rage Ingredients Breakdown
The Warrior RAGE review nutritional data above illustrates that it does include some scientifically proven training boosters. Yet, are they the best compounds for enhancing performance?
There are some ingredients that a pre-workout simply must contain to be considered one of the serious players. I’ve created a handy checklist below and indicated whether Warrior RAGE includes them.
- ✓Beta Alanine
- ✓Citrulline Malate
- ✘Betaine Anhydrous
- ✘Black pepper extract (Bioperine)
By omitting four out of the eight ultimate performance boosting compounds—it’s a disappointing supplement.
However, although when reviewing the ingredients I indicated it contained other proven training boosters, it’s not that simple.
Let me show you:
- Creatine—while able to boost ATP production, research has indicated its best-taken post-exercise, not before.13
- BCAAs—if you’re consuming protein you may already be receiving enough amino acids. Additionally, studies show they work after exercise, not during.14
Finally, the citrulline dose of 500 mg is laughable and unlikely to have any effect at all. The best pre-workouts on the market contain around 6000 mg.
Was Warrior RAGE Ever Banned?
Despite this being a commonly held belief, it appears that the RAGE supplement banned rumor is a case of mistaken identity, not fact.
A few years ago, the Rage pre workout Centurion Labz was withdrawn from sale as it contained the banned substance DMAA (dimethylamylamine). Although, it has now been replaced by the legal God of Rage Preloaded.15
It appears this is where this misconception has come from—guys assuming Centurion Labz Rage and Warrior RAGE are the same supplement.
Warrior Rage Side Effects
An important question in this Warrior Rage review—is it safe to use?
There are a few possible Warrior RAGE pre workout side effects, although it’s unlikely they will be serious.
The 300 mg dose of caffeine is high—even for a pre-workout. Loading with this amount of this stimulant may well induce adverse reactions, even though it contains the protecting ingredient taurine.
Common reactions are headaches, nausea, agitation, irritability, stomach cramps, and diarrhea.
Furthermore, beta-alanine can invoke “pins-and-needles” symptoms, known as the beta-alanine itch. It’s harmless and soon passes. But, it’s quite a common side effect among users.16
Warrior Rage Before After Results
I’ve tried to be as fair as possible in this Warrior RAGE review, but so far it appears an underwhelming pre-workout.
But what about the guys down the gym? I’ve put together a representative selection of customer testimonials, indicating the results guys are seeing.
“The only fury I had was with myself for buying this as it did absolutely NOTHING at all.”
“Gives you a kick before the gym”
“I do not notice the kick in of energy and I do not notice it making me smash the gym longer either.”
“I may have had a little more energy. But muscle pumps were the same as ever and my stamina didn’t change—felt more of a buzz from my energy drink.”
H L Lewis
“No extra energy for the gym. It just keeps you awake all night no matter what time you use it.”
“Pointless – no stimulating effects, just insomnia, and paranoia. Would be better off with just coffee.”
“You cannot feel a buzz and it didn’t improve the length of my gym session. The only thing it gave me was a tingly bellend.”
Where to Buy Warrior RAGE?
This Warrior RAGE review may have persuaded you to look elsewhere for a pre-workout. But, if you want unnecessary ingredients and a too-high caffeine dose, there are outlets that sell it.
As there’s no official page, the Warrior social media pushes you to the BodyBuildingWarehouse.co.uk—although it can also be purchased from Amazon.
Warrior Rage Review Conclusion
Despite the marketing hype, this supplement will not “unleash hell” or turn you into a “RAGE pre workout enhanced athlete”.
To be fair, there are some positives. None of the ingredients are fillers, nor are their quantities hidden in proprietary blends. Plus, the caffeine dose of 300 mg will boost energy levels (and also give you a massive migraine).
The main issues are these:
- It omits four of the most potent and scientifically proven performance enhancers.
- The majority of ingredients (apart from caffeine) are underdosed.
- While it contains other compounds essential in bodybuilding—they’re pointless in a pre-workout.
Furthermore, it’s difficult to even find a wholly positive user testimonial for this supplement. Customers report it’s either totally ineffective or induces caffeine-related side effects.
The bottom line.
Confine this product to Hades. Instead, get your hands on a proven pre-workout that contains the serious performance enhancing ingredients I detailed in my checklist. That’s the way to fire up your workouts into demon mode.
Warrior RAGE Review FAQ
“How to Take Warrior RAGE?”
Mix one serving (1.5 scoops) of powder with 250 ml of cold water. Take 20 minutes before your workouts, but don’t use on your rest days.
First-time users of this supplement should use half the serving size to test tolerance levels.
“How Much Does Warrior RAGE Cost?”
As indicated earlier in this Warrior RAGE pre workout review, the brand has no official website.
Hence at BodyBuildingWarehouse.co.uk, this supplement costs £19.99 ($26.00) for 392 grams of product (45 servings).
“Is Warrior RAGE Safe?”
This supplement should cause no serious side effects, although the beta-alanine ingredient may cause a tingly feeling.
Of primary concern is the high (300 mg) caffeine content which could invoke headaches, nausea, stomach upsets, irritation, and insomnia.
“Where Can You Buy Warrior RAGE?”
Currently, Warrior RAGE can be purchased from BodyBuildingWarehouse.co.uk and Amazon.
“Does Warrior Rage Really Work?”
The caffeine content may boost energy somewhat—although it’s so high it’s also likely to cause unwanted side effects.
However, lacking in many of the best performance enhancing ingredients and underdosed in others, it’s not a potent all-around pre-workout.
“Is There a Money Back Guarantee?”
BodyBuildingWarehouse.co.uk will accept returns within 14 days of the date of purchase. The product must be returned unopened.
Money will be refunded under these conditions, but only after a £3.99 returns charge has been deducted.

You may feel a small energy boost due to caffeine within the first day or two of use.

“Do They Ship Worldwide?”
BodyBuildingWarehouse.co.uk does ship to around 12 European countries—although outside of this continent delivery isn’t available. A country-dependent shipping fee applies.
