About Thomas Delauer

Thomas Delauer Net Worth

From his youth—it appeared the health and fitness path for Thomas Delauer was already set in stone.

He recalls,

“After living abroad in Italy and studying art history at the age of 12, I fell in love with sculpting a physique, and realized that I could put all of the hard work and dedication into something that could really tell a story and inspire others.”

Furthermore, in addition to his dream of building an amazing body, he was also a successful sports player. In his teens, he was both a long-distance runner and all-state rugby player.1

Then, it all went drastically downhill.

After his school years, he formed a business delivering ancillary services for the healthcare industry. And, he was single-minded in his approach. While this led to a highly profitable entrepreneurial venture—it wrecked his health.

“I was afraid to step away or divert in any way towards anything else. As a result, I was overweight. More than overweight, I was bona fide fat.”

The previously ripped Thomas Delauer was now an obese mess. It took two life-changing shocks to alter his outlook—his wife was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease, and his father had cancer.

Thomas Delauer re-evaluated his life. Health was damn important. He resolved that,

“I had the hard-wiring to be awesome at both physical performance and business.”

He says that he exhaustively researched muscle growth, fat loss, inflammation

and exercise—applying his business methods to his education and training. In a relatively short period—he dropped from an overweight 280 pounds to a shredded 185 pounds.

Detailing his progress and transformation on his Thomas Delauer Instagram account—he rapidly gained fame. This led to numerous TV appearances and fitness magazine cover shoots.

Thomas Delauer Diet

The Thomas Delauer diet ethos is wide and varied—much like the workout plans. He retails numerous programs dependent upon whether you’re looking to bulk or lose weight.

Across all meal plans, he concentrates on clean, unprocessed foods. He recommends both the Thomas Delauer keto diet plan and is a proponent of intermittent fasting to promote weight loss.

He places the heaviest stress on his belief that certain foods cause inflammation within the body. It’s his opinion that this can contribute to fat gain and illness while preventing muscle attainment.

However, with little scientific backing to some of his claims—the Thomas Delauer credibility is often called into question.

Here is his inflammation-busting diet:

Meal #1

  • Two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
  • Juice of one whole lemon mixed with eight ounces of water.
  • Blueberries or Honeydew melon (organic).
  • Two ounces of fruit per 50 pounds of body weight.
  • Two stalks of asparagus per 50 pounds of body weight.
  • One tablespoon of organic agave nectar.
  • One teaspoon of cinnamon.
  • Half a teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt.
  • Half a teaspoon of cayenne.
  • Eggs for protein—five grams of protein per 50 pounds of body weight.
  • Vegan alternative—half a cup of red split lentils.

Meal #2

  • One to 2.5 cups of Swiss chard (organic).
  • Protein from eggs (half as much as Meal #1).
  • One ounce of melon or berries for every pound of bodyweight.
  • One tablespoon of coconut oil (organic).
  • Half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper sprinkled on Swiss chard.

Meal #2 Alternative—Juicing

  • Two cucumbers.
  • One small knuckle of ginger root.
  • One beet.
  • Half a cup of blueberries.
  • One teaspoon of turmeric root.
  • Half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
  • One stalk of celery.
  • Half a fist-sized portion of organic pea protein powder.

Meal #3

  • Cantaloupe melon or blueberries (organic)—two ounces per 50 pounds of body weight. Eat the melon seeds as they’re high in omega-3s.
  • One teaspoon of cinnamon.
  • One tablespoon of coconut oil (organic).
  • Juice of one cucumber.
  • Two celery stalks.
  • Two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.

Is Thomas Delauer on Steroids?

Is Thomas Delauer on Steroids

Through his website, YouTube channels and the Thomas Delauer podcast—he consistently promotes a healthy lifestyle. It would be incongruous and hypocritical, therefore, if he were using side-effect inducing steroids.

It’s true that his transformation has been remarkable. But, this wasn’t a change from a muscular guy into a freaky-monster behemoth. Instead, he lost fat and gained muscle—all of which can be achieved without synthetics.

Furthermore, he exhibits no outward signs of steroid abuse—such as gyno or acne.

Perhaps the only question mark is over his 12-month constantly ripped appearance—which is difficult to maintain. He says,

“I stay shredded year-round. I have my body down to a science, but most of all, I stay lean for marketing purposes. Is it easy? Heck no, but it is what gets me noticed.”

This would be made somewhat simpler through juicing—but there is no evidence that he’s injecting.

Hence, the chances are that Thomas Delauer is completely natural.

Thomas Delauer Before and After

During a period of around 18 months—Thomas Delauer dropped an incredible 95 pounds.

Here is the amazing difference that hard work and nutrition can provide:

Thomas Delauer Supplements

The Thomas Delauer supplements use is minimal. He believes that the majority of nutrients can be gained from food without the need for additional products.

However, when he does use supplements, it’s important that these are, wherever possible, organic. Thomas Delauer used to be a fan of the grass-fed whey protein products from HIT. Unfortunately, this brand has now almost disappeared from the market.

Today, he promotes the company Perfect Ketoespecially their collagen protein items.

That being said, many of the downloadable anti-inflammatory diets suggest supplements, such as:

  • Krill oil.
  • Alpha-lipoic acid.
  • Maca root.
  • Vitamin B12.
  • Vitamin C.
  • Potassium
