As with all steroids, the key is to be careful with the dosage. Even small amounts can induce quite unwelcome side effects.

To be honest, the safest way to take steroids is not to take them at all!

You may hear down the gym, or in forums, that Testosterone Cypionate is a ‘perfect’ entry level beginner steroid – because it fairly well tolerated by the body.

It’s a common opinion.

Dosage

If you are using this steroid purely for athletic performance and to build muscle, a dosage of about 100 – 200 mg per week is sufficient.

After a month, some guys increase this level if they either find poor results and/or discover their body tolerates it well.

Often, Testosterone Cypionate is utilized to counter the T-level lowering effects of other steroids guys are taking. In these circumstances, 200 mg – 400 mg is a typical dose.

There is conflicting opinion on whether one large hit or a few smaller hits per week is optimum. I am not condoning their use, but my recommendation would be small and often. It’s going to be easier on your body.
