Phil Heath is the most successful bodybuilder in the last decade and has proven himself to be one of the greatest bodybuilders ever.

It will be interesting to see if Phil decides to take a shot to win his title number eight and tie Ronnie Coleman and Lee Haney who both won the Olympia eight times in their career.

It’s interesting to see that Phil Heath uses a lot of different chest press machines that hit all angles in the chest.
To maintain that 3D look Phil does a few sets of shoulders in this workout even though this is not his dedicated shoulder day, he also decided to give the triceps a bit of action.
