How Did Natalya Amazonka get so muscular?
Despite facing controversy Natalya has followed her dreams to become a bodybuilder despite many people criticising her for looking like a man.
In an interview she says:
I rarely read comments but the most common ones are “she looks like a man”. It’s funny though when I go outside or to the gym, I never see men that look like me.
She started working out when she was 14 years old and she was really skinny and wanted to get fitter.
Natalya noticed that it was going well as she was approached by a coach at the age of 15 when she had just worked out for around 3 months.
She won her first title just 1 and a half years after starting training.
After that she realized that this was her thing and today she has several bodybuilding titles and powerlifting records.
Does Natalya Amazonka use steroids?
I find it pretty likely that she uses steroids as she is bigger than many male competitive bodybuilders.
In on of her instagram post she even hints that she is using steroids which isn’t a surprise to anyone.
I’ve always been strong in the bench press . In 16 years I did bench press 100kg, still without any “vitamins”.😁 My best bench press in competition was 160kg. Personal record in the gym 175kg.
I think it’s pretty obvious that she uses steroids, her voice is deep she has an extremely muscular physique for a woman that probably cannot be achieved without using performance enhancing drugs.
However she has worked extremely hard to achieve this body and you do not often see women as big as her even though they use steroids.
Summary:
Even though we do not all agree with this massive bodybuilding look on a woman she likes it and that’s what matters. It definitely took a lot of hard work and dedication to become as big and strong as she does.
If she is doing what she likes and what drives her then good for her not everyone has to like it.
