This years Mr Olympia is going to be a little more interesting than the previous year because Phil Heath is coming back to the stage, Phil hasn’t competed in the Mr Olympia since 2018 where he placed 2nd.
So Phil hasn’t won an Olympia title since 2017 but he won it for 7 consecutive years and this year he aims to bring back his best physique.
Brandon Curry the winner of last years Mr Olympia is also set to win the title again.
The we have a guys that have been making a lot of progress in recent years such as William Bonac and Big Ramy who could actually win it to.
This years Mr Olympia is also going to be quite emotional as Dexter Jackson is retiring after competing on a high level for around 30 years.

Phil Heath is looking and sounding extremely confident for the show.
Phil Heath’s quotes from the Mr Olympia 2020 Press conference
I want to get my title back that’s it, I wouldn’t decide to be back here if I wasn’t able to do what I do. That brings the freaking pain on stage. These guys know what I can do, that’s why they all said the same thing: “Phil comes back it gives me the motivation to train harder”.
We’ve all heard the same story right?
I knew when I get back there I am going to be a different person, and that person is dangerous and I think everybody is waiting to see what happens
